International Export Shipments
Exim Structures supplies bulk essential oils to international buyers across Asia-Pacific and global markets. All shipments are processed in accordance with international trade regulations and agreed commercial terms.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through trusted air freight, sea freight, and international courier partners based on shipment volume, destination, and buyer requirements.
Incoterms
Shipments can be arranged under mutually agreed Incoterms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP, subject to destination and order requirements.
Export Documentation
We provide the necessary export documentation to facilitate customs clearance and regulatory compliance, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Analysis (COA)
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
- GC/MS Report (where applicable)
- Certificate of Origin (upon request)
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and destination-country regulatory charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified in the agreed Incoterms.
Freight Responsibility
Freight costs and insurance coverage are determined according to the selected shipping terms and commercial agreement between the buyer and Exim Structures.
Delivery Timelines
Transit times vary based on destination, shipping method, customs clearance procedures, and carrier schedules. Estimated shipping timelines are provided during quotation and order confirmation.
Shipment Tracking
Tracking information and shipment updates are shared once the order has been dispatched, allowing buyers to monitor delivery progress.
